Established and led a fully funded Yoga program for Kalispell Public Schools serving to students and staff. Continuously improved services by utilizing client evaluation feedback to meet their unique needs and preferences. Overhauled business’ mission, vision, values, and actions to utilize wellness for collective healing. Expanding business for organizational consulting.

  • Guided hundreds of individuals toward healing, wellness, and understanding of their identities through Yoga, personal wellness coaching and group retreats.

  • Maintained detailed and confidential records, developed outreach strategy and materials

  • Produced 80+ episodes of the Fearless Self-Love Podcast with over 40,000 downloads.

Course Administrator and Summer Event Coordinator, March 2022 - August 2022

Golden Bridge Movement, Boulder, CO

Oversaw the operation of Zoom rooms, including the management breakout groups, chat, and spotlight features for a biweekly Thresholds course. Fostered relationships with participants and addressed their inquiries. Produced weekly newsletters, social media posts and administered Facebook group.

  • Successfully coordinated and planned end-of-summer fundraiser and performance that attracted more than 200 guests.

  • Orchestrated interviews for more than 20 SomaSource leaders for professional film produced and shared at fundraiser.

Training and Outreach Director, August 2020 - January 2021

Center for Restorative Youth Justice, Kalispell, MT

Designed and implemented training programs, partnered with other organizations to create workshops, seminars, and other training events. Assessed program effectiveness through evaluation and feedback. Engaged in outreach efforts, built relationships with community leaders and stakeholders, developed marketing materials, and coordinated events to promote restorative justice practices and secure lasting program funding. 

 

  • Overhauled volunteer onboarding and management system; enlisted and enabled over 100 community volunteers to implement restorative justice techniques non-violent communication, and community engagement techniques locally, resulting in increased trust, reliability, and community investment. 

  • Produced inclusive fundraising events, trainings, and community assemblies, while serving as the host and coordinator.

  • Collaboratively formulated grant proposals, devised development tactics, and crafted newsletter/blog content.

Youth Program Director, August 2018 - July 2020

Center for Restorative Youth Justice, Kalispell, MT

Spearheaded programs that serve young people involved in the justice system. Devised restorative justice programs to meet the unique needs of youth, liaised with community partners to deliver support and resources while supervising program staff and volunteers. Guaranteed program alignment with the organization’s vision, promoted equity and social justice for constituents, their families, and our community at large.

  • Elevated young people’s voices during weekly workshops, encompassing themes such as accountability, harm reduction, gender identity, and self-care.

  • Cultivated trust with families, adolescents, and educational institutions via transparent, compassionate, and dependable communication.

  • Offered a welcoming and confidential space for mourning teenagers following the passing one youth due to suicide.

The Young People's Project, Inc, Ann Arbor, MI

Led the organization's operations in Michigan, ensuring success of national organizational goals. Oversaw budgeting, fundraising, and grant writing. Collaborated with university administrators to implement policies and procedures to support the organization's mission and vision. Delivered leadership and guidance to all staff and volunteers, ensuring efficient outcomes.

  • Secured funding from various sources, resulting in a budget of $180,000 that allowed for the implementation of key programs and services.

  • Spearheaded a team of 25 staff members, most of whom were first-generation college students of color.

  • Established math literacy peer mentoring programs in seven BIPOC communities in southeast MI, helping to improve students' math skills and confidence.

  • Launched and collaborated with the Fund Development and Communications Committee to develop a five-year vision for the organization, ensuring its continued growth and success.
