REFLECT ~ Community, Identity, & Wellness

Community:

This week is about landing together, seeing one another's faces, chatting in the large and smaller groups. We will review & discuss our group guidelines and get clear on some logistics about the course.

Identity & Privilege:

We'll consider how our individual identities impact our wellness journeys. We'll have a conversation about privilege, in it's various forms, and how it impacts our access to wellness as well as how our wellness journey can impact others

Wellness:

This is a chance to connect deeply as a group around what has motivated our own wellness pursuit, why we are here, and how we intend to show up for the next 3 months. We will spend time getting very specific with our WHY & our goals.
