For each habit, we will reflect on habit-changing concepts & learn ways to implement doable changes in your life that keep you on the path of courageous self-love, in alignment with why you are here and on track for meeting your goals for this program. Occasionally, you'll print some worksheets, and you have the option to watch some teaching videos to deepen your knowledge about each topic.

Seeking more resources? You might consider reading the following books or at least having them on hand throughout the course:

  • Body Thrive ~ Cate's Book about the 10 habits (I have one to lend you if you can't buy or borrow otherwise!)

  • Three Season Diet ~ Dr. Douillard's book about eating with the seasons according to Ayurveda

Identity, Privilege & Wellness (Welcome Week)

Have these ready for our call:

  • A notebook or journal dedicated to this course, pens and colorful writing utensils

We'll have a conversation about privilege, in it's various forms, and how it impacts our access to wellness as well as how our wellness journey can impact others

Wellness:

This is a chance to connect deeply as a group around what has motivated our own wellness pursuit, why we are here, and how we intend to show up for the next 3 months.

  • Complete the Easeful Living Evaluation (p.71) and call at least one of the people on the list of "people who support who I am becoming" and inform this person of your gratitude for support, as well your why statement going forward. Consider inviting this person on the @ home in your body path. Consider setting up a regular time to check in with this person, asking for accountability and a check in specifically about your why & how you intend to continue on the path of courageous self-love for  flourishing life!
