  • Complete the Easeful Living Evaluation (p.71) and call at least one of the people on the list of "people who support who I am becoming" and inform this person of your gratitude for support, as well your why statement going forward. Consider inviting this person on the @ home in your body path. Consider setting up a regular time to check in with this person, asking for accountability and a check in specifically about your why & how you intend to continue on the path of courageous self-love for  flourishing life!
