Join me on the grounds of the beautiful Dancing Spirit Ranch for either or both 2-hour sessions to breathe & move in nature with community. Each session will include guided walking meditation to ground us in ourselves, breathing practices (pranayama) to uplift our spirits, and yoga postures to invigorate our bodies. We will have space to spread out and enjoy the sounds and sights of nature while listening within ourselves, and feeling our connection with the earth and each other. The sessions will differ depending on the weather and needs of the group. This series is great for Yoga practitioners of all experiences as I will offer modifications for various skill levels.
